But, let's talk more about which dances we think are the best for the beginners?!
Every dance style we offer here at our dance studio has its own perks. And with time you can actually learn them all. As a beginner dancer, you can start with sensual Rumba, mix it up with a bit of cheeky Cha Cha, add some Salsa to spicy it up and already you can dance 3 dances in the blink of an eye.
Those 3 dances (Rumba, ChaCha, Salsa) are ideal for beginners who want to learn how to dance and show their dance moves at many Latin dance parties organized here in Dubai, UAE.
They are easy to learn, danced everywhere in Dubai and most importantly they are so much fun to dance. One of our personal favorite dance parties was right here at Palais de Danse dance studio! We invited a famous Colombian band and just for us, our students and their friends they played until late hours - we had an amazing time. And all of our students showed their best Latin moves (salsa, chacha, and rumba moves).

What is Salsa, and how to dance Salsa?
In fact, salsa today is much more than just a dance; under the name of SALSA, a number of Latin American dances (reggaeton, bachata, merengue, and others) are performed, of which Salsa is the most popular and as a locomotive pulls the rest of the dances.
Salsa is a whole World Movement that unites tens (and maybe hundreds) of thousands of people all over the planet. From Australia to Finland, from Dubai to Hong Kong - in almost every country there is now a community of salsa fans. Salsa can be attributed to ballroom dancing if you make a specific routine/choreography and sharpen it to shine. In this way, we get a Sports salsa.
From 3-4 salsa elements you can get 20-25 new movements, we will show you how!

What is Rumba, and how to dance the Rumba?
Rumba dance style can be portrayed as a love story between a male and female. The Rumba is a flow-dependent dance style with sensual movements integrated into each step.
The Rumba is widely popular around the world as a wedding dance and part of the Latin Dance Competitions. Rumba requires a good mutual connection between the partners to perfect the sensual flow of this dance style. The Rumba has an emphasis on the female body movement which seamlessly creates a scene full of passion. The Cuban hip motion is a crucial element of the Rumba. Making a horizontal 8 with their hips while moving the hip up and down, while also straightening and bending the knees.

What is Cha Cha, and how to dance Cha Cha?
Consists of small basic steps and a lot of hip movements to allow a flow between the feet and the hips. The Cha-Cha-Cha is danced in 4 beats. You may have heard the Cha-Cha being counted as One, Two, Three, ChaCha.
To fully master the dance style of ChaChaCha you must have the Cuban flow moving throughout your hips. Moving up and down in a very unique way. The movement is an alternation between the hips making a horizontal 8 sign with your hips. The couple must maintain the staccato rhythm (quick and sharp beats) and must follow a Latin rhythm called “Clave”.
